All paid subscription plans purchased through MBridge Factory are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. This period begins from the date of your initial purchase.

- You have 14 days from the date of purchase to evaluate our services
- If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund
- No justification or explanation is required during this period
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
2.2 Statutory Rights
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel a contract for digital content within 14 days of purchase. By using our services before the 14-day period ends, you acknowledge that you have requested immediate access to the digital content and understand that you would ordinarily lose your right to cancel once the performance of the service has begun. 3.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds or account credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis after the 14-day period in the following circumstances:
- Significant and prolonged service outages caused by MBridge
- Technical issues that substantially prevented use of paid features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Documented extenuating circumstances
3.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual payment. After 14 days, no partial refunds are available for unused months if you choose to cancel your subscription early.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (only initial purchases qualify for the 14-day guarantee)
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- Free plan upgrades where no payment was made
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests from users who have previously received a refund

5.3 Response Time
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. During busy periods, this may extend to 5 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Refund Method
Refunds are always processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card – Refunded to the same card
- PayPal – Refunded to your PayPal account
- Other payment methods – Refunded via the same channel

7. Subscription Cancellation
7.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard:
- Log in to your MBridge account
- Navigate to Dashboard → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
7.2 What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- You retain access to all paid features until the period ends
- Your saved calculations and data are retained for 90 days
- After 90 days, your account reverts to a Free plan
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access
7.3 Cancellation vs Refund
Please note that cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund. If you wish to receive a refund (and are within the 14-day period), you must explicitly request one as described in Section 5.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or credit card company. Chargebacks (also known as payment disputes) can:
- Take significantly longer to resolve than direct refund requests
- Result in your account being suspended pending investigation
- Incur additional fees that may affect future refund eligibility
